POS Hardware
Unlike other cannabis POS tech, our hardware is custom-built and not sourced via a third party. The cash drawer, scanner, and printer are all sold and serviced by our team, which means if anything needs solving, there is no lengthy wait time while we contact the third party.
But, to date, we are proud to report there have been no returns on any of our POS components. No printers have fritzed out, no scanners stopped scanning, and no monitors have died. We have a less than 1 percent failure rate on any of our equipment. It’s engineered from the start for durability and resiliency.
We’ve also designed our hardware to work within the unique constraints of the cannabis sector. That means the scanners function with cannabis lot numbers, and the heavy-duty cash drawer is exceptionally secure without an additional upgrade.
